The contract duration of a hosting service depends on the type of plan you choose. In case of plans such as KeliUser, KeliPro, KeliCMS and KeliSSL the minimum contract duration is one year.
Otherwise, Hosting CMS plans such Wordpress, Joomla, Magento and Prestashop and all Cloud Hosting solutions can be purchased only for a month.
Other solutions such as Dedicated Servers and VPS Cloud have a month minimum duration, unless otherwise agreed. You can request, infact, longer subscription timing, such as two-year or three-year contracts. In this case, we suggest you to contact our sales support for custom offers concerning different billing cycle.
One month (in case of annual billing) or 15 days (in case of monthly billing) before the service's expiry date you will receive an alert via e-mail to the address provided during the registration procedure. If you don't want to renew the service anymore, please set the service deactivation from your customer area.
