How to move your services from an account to another

If you need to move your Keliweb services from an account to another please follow this procedure:

1. Create a new account clicking on the following link https://www.keliweb.it/billing/register.php
2. Request, via administrative ticket from your old account, to move your services from the old account to the new one. The new account must have a different email account from the previous one
3. Wait for our team to reply your ticket, to confirm that the shift has been processed.

We remind you that the shift of your services is completely for free and that cannot cause any down of your services.
