If you don't want to use the free migration tool, you can request assistance in migrating your site. When ordering, you can in fact purchase the 'Migration Support' option, which guarantees the complete management of the migration by our team at a cost of € 59.00 + VAT.
To start the transfer procedure, you need the domain name to be transferred, link, username and password of any control panel, FTP access (host, username and password), Database (database name, user, password and host) and any access to the domain's DNS management panel.
