In the "Email" section of your cPanel control panel, you will be able to use the Track Delivery tool to check if your account has successfully sent and received the incoming and outgoing mail.
The tool allows you to check if the e-mails have successfully reached to the receiving server. You can check all recipients or just one of them by entering a specific email address.
You can also check a full review of all sent, failed and pending emails.
