To transfer a domain from Aruba to Keliweb just follow a few simple steps. Before proceeding with the transfer, verify that the e-mail of the domain is existing and accessible. In fact, you will receive an e-mail confirming the start of the transfer procedure. Within the same email you will find a link to use in case you wish to interrupt the migration process. If the e-mail is found to be incorrect or different, it will be necessary to contact Aruba and change it. To verify the correctness of your e-mail, just make a Whois.
Once the check is completed you have to:
- Unlock the domain from your Aruba control panel
- Disable the domain privacy (if active)
- Request the Authorization Code (AuthInfo /AuthCode/ EPP)
- Request your domain transfer, entering the Authorization code when required.
To unlock your domain, log-in to your Aruba customer area and:
- Choose the domain to transfer and click on "Control panel"
- Click on "Authorization code", in the "Utility" section, to get the code
- Unlock your domain, by clicking on "Unlock domain"
- In the "Utility" section, deactivate the privacy option (Whois Privacy).
