To configure an MS Outlook e-mail account follow this simple procedure:
- Open the program and click "Tools" and then "Account Settings"
- Click "New" and, in the "Choose the e-mail service" box , click "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP"
- Click "Continue"
- In the new window put a flag on "Configure the server settings and additional servers manually" and click "Continue"
- Select "Internet E-mail" and enter all your data in the required fields:
- Name: Outlook e-mail heading
- E-mail address: Outlook e-mail address
- Account type: choose between POP3, IMAP, HTTP
- Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (we remind you to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (we remind you to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
- Username: account username
- Password: account password
- Outgoing mail validation: to set this feature click "Other settings" on the right below
6. Click "Continue" and then "End" to end the configuration.
