To recover your FTP access data check the e-mail "New Account Informations", provided by our team during the registration procedure. You can find all your data in the dedicated section "FTP and cPanel login credentials".
You can recover our e-mail in your customer area by clicking "E-mail Archive".
You can also recover your data clicking "My Products" and then "Hosting": here, select the hosting you are interested in and then click "Manage".
In the "Information and Parameters" section you will recover your access data.
